PROACTIVE COMMUNITY SERVICES (PCS) provides programming that educates and brings awareness to combat social and health disparities. PCS’s aim is to empower individuals and encourage behaviors that promote long-term healthy lifestyles, economic self-sufficiency and independence through individual achievement.

Respond Now connects those in need with health, hunger, and housing services in the Chicago Southland.

Through 22 programs, we provide life-changing opportunities to at-risk and underprivileged youth, men and women with histories of addiction, and families struggling in poverty.

South Suburban PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter, or SSPADS) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization with a mission to prevent and end homelessness in the south suburbs of Chicago. SSPADS was founded 34 years ago in 1990 by dedicated community members who saw a need and decided to assist their unhoused neighbors across the Southland.
